- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the IT field is required for this position.
- This role requires certification or demonstrable skills and experience equivalent to Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support sales activities during scoping and technical client presentations
- Conduct Proof-Of-Concept delivery, workshops and trainings for clients
- Provide technical subject matter expertise to internal and external clients through:
- Undertaking technical design, implementation and consulting projects
- Technical fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Administering network servers, user accounts and mailboxes
- Installing, configuring and supporting workstation and server software
- Implementing and monitoring network security and alerts
- Assist in the development and maintenance of internal knowledge management processes including developing and supporting processes and procedures to improve service delivery and gathering relevant data required for the preparation of reports
- Attending and actively contributing to client meetings as required
- Attending and actively contributing to internal team meetings
- Studying towards Microsoft exams and certifications
- Proactively contribute to the general work culture of the company
- Undertaking project work when required.
