Account Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients  
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships  
  • Provide clients with quotations and proposals, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.  
  • Monitor, achieve and report monthly, quarterly and annual sales (portfolio) targets.  
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment by educating them on the benefits of our services/products.  
  • Ensure the timely resolution of any issues that arise regarding the delivery of services to the clients in the assigned portfolio.  
  • Liaise with the service delivery team leaders to ensure suitable understanding of delivery capabilities and associated capacities for effective allocation of resources.  
  • Perform collection activities as required.  
  • Attend scheduled monthly reviews/meetings.  
  • Proactively contribute to the general work culture 

Skills and Qualifications:  

  • At least 2 years of sales experience, unless you’re really good  
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships  
  • Experience in gathering user requirements and documentation of functional specifications.  
  • Enthusiastic can-do attitude, highly motivated, result-oriented, detail-oriented and well-developed sense of drive.  
  • Demonstrates honesty and reliability and gains trust of colleagues and clients.  
  • Computer Skills – demonstrates strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Skills, with a strong flair for document layout.  
  • Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level  
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs  
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail  
  • Proven account management or other relevant experience 
  • It’s a permanent WFH role. 
  • Can attend to onsite client meetings within NCR
