Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Provide clients with quotations and proposals, negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Monitor, achieve and report monthly, quarterly and annual sales (portfolio) targets.
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment by educating them on the benefits of our services/products.
- Ensure the timely resolution of any issues that arise regarding the delivery of services to the clients in the assigned portfolio.
- Liaise with the service delivery team leaders to ensure suitable understanding of delivery capabilities and associated capacities for effective allocation of resources.
- Perform collection activities as required.
- Attend scheduled monthly reviews/meetings.
- Proactively contribute to the general work culture
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of sales experience, unless you’re really good
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in gathering user requirements and documentation of functional specifications.
- Enthusiastic can-do attitude, highly motivated, result-oriented, detail-oriented and well-developed sense of drive.
- Demonstrates honesty and reliability and gains trust of colleagues and clients.
- Computer Skills – demonstrates strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Skills, with a strong flair for document layout.
- Able to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on client needs
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Proven account management or other relevant experience
